Chef Du

Chef Du hails from the picturesque Cao Bang province in northern Vietnam. With over three years of experience as the head chef at Saigon, he has dedicated his career to showcasing the rich and diverse flavours of Vietnamese cuisine. His vision is to bring the essence of Vietnamese food to people around the globe, sharing the unique ingredients and traditional cooking methods that define his culinary heritage. Through innovative dishes and authentic recipes, Chef Du aims to create a deeper appreciation for Vietnam’s culinary arts on the world stage.

Recruited directly from Vietnam, Chef Du embarked on a transformative journey, graduating from Xceedia Global Training Program's hands-on Head Chef program, where his passion for Vietnamese cuisine blossomed. Now, Chef Du brings his culinary vision to the world stage.

Chef Anh

Originating from the vibrant city of Hanoi, Chef Anh, often affectionately called Bom, has spent nearly two years honing his skills at Saigon. He is passionate about his craft and believes that food has the power to evoke feelings of comfort and nostalgia. His vision is to create an inviting dining experience that makes every guest feel at home, regardless of where they come from. Chef Anh strives to connect with people through his dishes, making them feel the warmth and love that he pours into every meal.

Hand-picked from Vietnam, Chef Anh honed his culinary talents through Xceedia Global Training Program's Head Chef program, graduating to become a master of Vietnamese cuisine.

Chef Khôi

Chef Khôi, also from the bustling city of Hanoi, has been a valuable member of the Saigon team for over a year. Like his peers, he shares a deep-rooted passion for Vietnamese cuisine and aims to create an atmosphere that feels familiar and welcoming. His vision aligns with that of his fellow chefs: to use food as a means of bringing joy and comfort to diners. Chef Khôi’s approach focuses on traditional flavors, ensuring that every dish reflects the heart of Vietnamese culture.

Chef Khoi, hand-picked by Chefs Du and Anh from Vietnam, began his culinary journey through Xceedia Global Training Program's Chef de Partie program, where his skills blossomed under their mentorship.

Chef Giang

Hailing from Bac Giang, Chef Giang has spent more than a year perfecting his culinary skills at Saigon. His vision is in harmony with the collective aspirations of his fellow chefs, emphasizing the importance of creating memorable dining experiences that resonate with the warmth of home. Chef Giang draws inspiration from his upbringing and local ingredients, crafting dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also evoke a sense of belonging and familiarity.

Discovered by Chefs Du and Anh, Chef Giang's culinary path began with Xceedia Global Training Program's Chef de Partie, where he flourished under their guidance.

Chef Duong

From the scenic Phu Tho province, Chef Duong has been with Saigon for over a year. Like the other chefs, his vision revolves around the idea of comfort and connection through food. He is dedicated to delivering meals that not only nourish the body but also nurture the soul. Chef Duong believes in the power of shared experiences around the dining table, and he strives to create dishes that bring people together, fostering a sense of community and love for Vietnamese cuisine.

Chef Tung, selected by Chef Du from Vietnam, embarked on his culinary path through Xceedia Global Training Program's Chef de Partie program, flourishing under Chef Du's mentorship.
